Registration Process

1. Review the Classic Soccer “Fee Schedule” below (total cost – $375 for half-year and $700 for full-year), 

2. Review the Classic Soccer “Payment Schedule” below,

3. Register a Player – as noted below,

4. You will be asked to establish a User Name and Password for future access to your “account”.  Please save your User Name and Password,

5. Complete the Registration Application,

6. Proceed to “Payment” and pay $10 Try-Out Fee on-line with a credit/debit card or deliver / mail-in a check to NBASA,

   - Attend the try-out in accordance with the Try-Out Schedule shown under “Programs” at www.nbasa.com,

7. Upon your acceptance of NBASA’s offer to play  — pay $100 “Commitment Fee within 7-days by either: a) accessing your MEMBER ACCOUNT below and pay by credit / debit card on-line ,  or b) deliver / mail a check to NBASA,

8. Download a Medical Waiver by CLICK HERE , complete, sign and deliver the Waiver to NBASA  within 7-days of offer along with a 1″ x 1″ head shot player photo,

9. Pay the Balance Due in a “single-payment” or “multiple-payments” by either: a) accessing your MEMBER ACCOUNT below to pay by credit / debit card on-line ,  or b) deliver / mail a check to NBASA,

   If making multiple payments, pay on or before the Due Date per the “Payment  Schedule” below.

Fee and Payment Schedule
